WorkerBee allows users to post information and upload pictures, files, and other content (“User Content”). You are responsible for all User Content you post or upload.

By using the Service, you agree that you will not upload content that violates any applicable law, including copyright or intellectual property law. WorkerBee does not claim ownership of your User Content. You retain all rights to your content, subject to these Terms.

2. Privacy and PHI

WorkerBee does not sell, distribute, or use your personal health information (PHI) for advertising purposes.

We may collect certain information such as login details, usage statistics, and cookies to manage user sessions and improve the Service. Cookies are used only for session management and basic usage analytics.

WorkerBee accepts payments via Stripe or similar third-party payment processors. All payments are non-refundable.

WorkerBee does not store credit card information. Payment information is securely processed by the payment provider.

The Service is provided “as is.” WorkerBee makes no warranties of any kind, express or implied.

You agree that WorkerBee is not responsible for any damages, losses, or perceived harm resulting from your use of the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, lost data, lost profits, or personal injury.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and branding of WorkerBee itself are the property of WorkerBee. You may not use WorkerBee’s intellectual property without express permission.

User Content remains your property. By posting or uploading content, you grant WorkerBee a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content as necessary to provide the Service.

6. AI-Free Development Statement

WorkerBee was not developed using AI tools or “vibe-coded” platforms. Your data is not visible to any AI tools, agents, platforms, services, etc.

7. Changes to Terms

WorkerBee may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will post the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which WorkerBee operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
